Privacy policy
A working draft. The live site has no privacy policy at all while collecting names, phone numbers, emails and — on the payment page — card data. Have this reviewed before launch.
What we collect
Information you give us through the application, waitlist, matchmaker or contact forms: name, phone, email, city and state, household details relevant to placing a dog, and anything you write in a message. If you arrive from an ad we record the campaign parameters in the URL.
What we do with it
Respond to you, match you with a puppy, keep you updated about the litter you are waiting on, and administer your purchase. We do not sell or rent your information. If you opt into text updates you can stop them any time by replying STOP.
Payment data
We do not collect, transmit or store card numbers on this website. Payments are handled on a hosted checkout page operated by our payment processor.
Retention & your rights
Buyer records are kept for the life of the dog so we can honour the guarantee and the return clause. Inquiries that do not become purchases are kept for 24 months. Email xtremechampionbullys@gmail.com to request a copy of what we hold or to have it deleted.
